sp2 slim with game swap

I wanted to change this thread because I gave up on using need for speed as a game swap. I went to 007 agent under fire and it worked. I got ulaunch to load. But now the only thing is see is the first screen. with the application failed title and the config and file browser . my usb stick is loaded up with the noobie package but i cant find it in the launcher. can some one help..thanks
