Free McBoot 1.8b Noobie Package error on decriptiong DVDELF

Hi guys,

I have ps2 SCPH-39004 and I?m trying to install the Free McBoot 1.8b Noobie Package.
I have the original Sony 8mgb memory card
I have a mod chip Ripper v3
USB drive formatted with fat32
I copied content of Noobie_Package to the base directory of the USB

I use uLaunchELF v4.40 to run the FREE_MCBOOT.elf from the USB and so far so good.
I formatted the memory card and when i try to install the mcboot i get "decrypting DVDELF" error.

I did try to download the DVDELF for my region and place it in the inject directory and I got a step ahead it decrypted the DVDELF but it give error on the next step "Signing DVDELF for memory card 1".
I did try both methods of installation "normal and multi version" and I still got an error.
If i did continue to try installing it freezes on decrypting DVDELF or it gives error at that step.

Can someone help me solve the problem?
